Registration fees

The registration fee includes

- Access to Sessions
- Admission to the Exhibition area
- Congress Materials
- Refreshment
- Two lunches

How to Register

To register for the Congress, please fill in the online Registration Form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:
1. Fill out the Personal data form and receive a password
2. Click the Registration button and choose your registration fee
3. Pay online by debit/credit card, PayPal, or by bank transfer

For group registration (more than 10 participants),  please contact the Conference Secretariat at info@iatvs2024.com.

Methods of Payment

Registration fees must be paid in USD by one of the following methods:

1. Credit or Debit Card (preferred option)

For credit or debit card payments, please use the Online Payment System.
The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration.
The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.

2. Bank Transfer

When making a wire transfer via SWIFT, please keep in mind that you will be charged a commission fee of around $40.
Therefore, kindly transfer the registration fee plus the commission fee in US dollars under your passport name.
Once the transfer is complete, please verify the final amount that we receive.
Please note that any banking fees incurred during the transfer process will be the responsibility of each party.

Final Invoice

The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.

Cancellations and Refunds

The IATVS2024 Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at info@iatvs2024.com in the event of the cancellation of the registration.
Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted.
The appopriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

Cancellations received Refund

- until 31 August. 2024 full refund of the registration fee
- from 1 September 2024 to 14 October 2024: 50% o fthe registration fee
- from 15 October 2024.: no refund

In the event of registration changes, the organizing company reserves the right to charge a handling fee of 30 USD.

Name Change

In case you are not able to attend the event, you can send a representative in your place.
However, for each name change, a handling fee of 30 USD will be charged.
To request a name change, you need to send a written request to the secretary at info@iatvs2024.com and provide the necessary details.
Please note that no further name changes will be allowed after October 1, 2024.
