On-site registration and the issue of badges will take place at the registration desk.
Each participant is kindly requested to wear the name badge when attending the Congress and having lunches and Gala dinners. There will be a registration desk available in case of any difficulties.
We have organized a variety of social events to complement the academic program, including cultural tours and networking opportunities. Highlights include Gala Dinner on the evening of November 9 and a Spearkers Dinner on November 10.
The Gala Dinner will be held on the evening of November 9, 2024, at the Grand Hyatt's Grand Namsan III. It's an opportunity to enjoy a fine dining experience while networking with peers with phenomenal opera, musical, K-pop, and Korean traditional music performances.
